  73.     I thought I would follow-up on our recent phone conversation
  74.     concerning Novell training for XYZ Corporation.

  78.     Did you know you are only five classes away from becoming a
  79.     Novell Certified NetWare Engineer and joining the ranks of
  80.     those hotly-sought after corporate system engineers?  We
  81.     have found that our clientele (corporations and government
  82.     agencies) have preferred to spread these five courses over
  83.     about a three month period.  This is due to the time
  84.     necessary for training and testing.

  87.         Novell Authorized Education Center

  91.     matter to consider when deciding upon training providers,

  161.     There are two additional tests for certification -
  162.     MS-DOS/Micro Hardware Knowledge (50-15) and NetWare v2.15
  163.     System Update (50-35).  We offer two Novell workbooks
  164.     ($24.95 ea.) for the DOS/Micro test.  Materials concerning
  165.     the latter test are available during any of the other
  166.     classes.  (Also see "Testing" below)
  167.     
  168.     Of course, you may take any of these classes without going
  169.     through to completion of the entire CNE block.  Also, should
  170.     you have a number of people all wishing to take the same
  171.     class, please contact me for a group quote, as I am able to
  172.     offer your company special pricing.

  182.     
  183.     We are a Drake Authorized Testing Center.  Testing is
  184.     scheduled through Drake Training & Technologies at (800)
  185.     446-9554.  The total of all seven tests is $490.

  190.     Please see the enclosed "Certified NetWare Engineer"
  191.     brochure for more information about the CNE Program.  No
  192.     classes are necessary to become a CNE.  The only requirement
  193.     is successfully passing the required tests.  However, Novell
  194.     strongly suggests that prospective CNE's without substantial
  195.     NetWare backgrounds prepare for the tests by enrolling in
  196.     Novell authorized training classes.

  199.     courseware, Novell CBT's, and also Novell's MS-DOS and
  200.     Microcomputer workbooks.  Please call me for further
